Ted's Team Triumphs

Team Elliott were the victors of this year's KCC Golf Day at sunny Cotgrave Place last Thursday, with Scooby making sure his first KCC appearance of the season was a winning one, alongside Ben, Liam and Father Ted.

5 teams made up the day and it was to prove a tight run affair at the top.

Tuckers, Kitcho, Tinno and XX Collison (76) propped up the field having led after... 2 holes and having scored the most points on one hole. Straws and clutching was suggested

Count back decided 3rd and 4th with both the Tuckwell Snr quartet and Baker, Drury, Brown and Phillips both finishing on 79. two strong back 9s saw the Baker Boys (42) knocked into 4th compared to Tuckwell's (43)

A further 10 points seperated the final two with an excellent score of 89 points. Last years' victors, Newell, Shepherd, Hammond and Legge were ousted into the runners up spot having accumulated 46 points on the back 9 compared to Team Elliots' 50. Good golf.
