Makeover For Millers?

We've entered the Wisden Cricketer 'Ultimate Club Makeover' competition. The chosen club needs to match the following criteria.....

"Is your Club languishing in a lowly league? Have you just suffered relegation? Are your practice facilities woeful? Are your teams short of coaching and direction? Is the club kit riddled with holes and damp? Are you looking in vain for a sponsor?"

Can't think why we'd fit the bill?!

If we win we get a makeover with clothing, kit, equipment, coaching and sponsorship.
